We are a specialist cleaning contractor for data halls, built around one job: getting construction dust and airborne particulate out of a room so racks can go in sooner. Our experience comes from working in and around hyperscale and AI data center deployments. We understand what is happening beyond the cleaning scope; the construction milestones, changing workstreams, rack-delivery schedules, commissioning requirements, and pressure to keep critical projects moving.
That perspective allows us to approach cleaning strategically. We coordinate our work with the people building and operating the facility, helping control construction dust, maintain cleaner pathways, and prepare critical spaces for installation, inspection, commissioning, and operational handoff.
Our services can include approved overhead surfaces, cable trays, containment systems, walls, raised floors, slab floors, accessible underfloor areas, fan-wall areas, and rack exteriors. Every project is developed around the facility’s requirements, current conditions, and approved scope.

Discipline
Every scope we sell has a document behind it. It says what gets cleaned, with what product, in what order, and what “finished” means. Our crews are trained against those documents, and our supervisors check against them.

Overhead supports, Unistrut, cable tray and brackets no higher than the tray. Excludes electrical busways beyond their housing, and electrical equipment.
Fixed panels, swinging and sliding doors, roof panels, strip curtains and all aluminum and metal framing, with the product matched to the material.
Exterior rack surfaces only. Explicitly excludes servers, switches, cables and PDUs inside the cabinet.
The standardized task list across cable tray, containment, walls, raised floor and slab, so that a quote and a crew briefing describe the same work.
Twenty-five surface types defined in plain language: Unistrut, ladder rack, stringers, pedestals, grommets, busway, fan walls, sensor arrays. A technician knows what a thing is before deciding how to clean it.
Standards
Every SOP ends in a list of conditions the finished work has to meet. No visible dust. No streaks or wet spots. No moisture in raised floor seams. No scratches or chemical marks on containment. No liquid near a vent. No cabling disturbed. We publish all of it on the services page, scope by scope, because a criterion you can read is a criterion you can hold us to.
We measure the post-construction final clean against the ISO 14644-1 Class 8 airborne particle limits for the finished hall. That means a minimum of three particle samples taken evenly across the space. You get the readings and the conditions they were taken under, and you judge whether the room is ready. What counts as ready is your call, so the verdict is yours rather than ours.

The standard also covers particulate and nothing else. Gaseous and corrosive contamination is a separate axis, covered by ANSI/ISA-71.04. Temperature and humidity are a third, covered by the ASHRAE TC 9.9 envelope. We measure particulate.
